At Master's Gaze, we understand that you want to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personalized nature of our framed art prints, we can only offer a refund in the case of a damaged product or if the print quality is found to be unacceptable. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that you receive a print of unacceptable quality, please let us know and we will do our best to correct the issue or offer a refund.
